Born in 1981 in the vibrant city of Johannesburg, South Africa, Liza has been creatively expressing herself since childhood, and her love for art is something that has been shaping her as a person ever since. A graduate of the University of Pretoria with a degree in Information Design (2004), Liza brings both technical insight and heartfelt expression to each canvas she touches. Through the rich, expressive medium of oil painting, she has found her true voice by painting full-time since 2012.

Her art is rooted in her Christian faith as well as a deep passion for people, especially women and children. She finds inspiration through the natural beauty that surrounds us: the world where flowers bloom and light dances across every surface. Colour and emotion are at the heart of her work, guiding each brushstroke with a sense of wonder and purpose. Flowers, birds, and butterflies become reflections of something deeper in her hands. Her love for nature is woven into every brushstroke, filling her work with a soft, peaceful palette that draws the viewer in.

For Liza, painting is more than just a creative outlet—it is a celebration of God's goodness, abundance, and the gift of life itself. Each piece is a testament to God’s love and unending mercy.
